Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

Service Description

Servo provides automated SMS messaging for field service businesses regarding appointments, service status, and work completion. This is a transactional messaging service, not marketing.

Consent Required

Before receiving any messages, you must opt-in through one of these methods:

• Checking a consent box on a web form
• Providing verbal consent during a phone booking
• Signing a written consent on paper forms
• Texting START or similar keywords to our number

Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled services (typically 2-5 messages per appointment). Messages include appointment reminders, arrival notifications, and service completion confirmations.

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message
• Emailing hi@servohq.com with your phone number

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is compatible with major carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others.

Message Delivery

While we strive for reliable message delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery due to carrier issues, device compatibility, or network conditions.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Servo Software, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Servo platform solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Sublicense, sell, lease, rent, or distribute the Service or any part thereof
• Access or use the Service if you are a direct competitor of Servo, or acting on behalf of a direct competitor, without Servo's prior written consent
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, training data, model weights, model architecture, or other non-public technical materials
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use the Service for benchmarking or competitive analysis purposes

Competitive Access; Data and AI Misuse

You may use Servo only for your authorized internal business purposes. You may not use the Service, Servo confidential information, customer data, usage data, analytics, workflows, screen flows, documentation, outputs, or any derivatives of the foregoing for any purpose that copies Servo or benefits a competing product, service, dataset, model, or analytics offering, including to:

• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of Servo or any material part of the Service
• Develop, train, test, fine-tune, benchmark, improve, market, sell, or operate a competing software product, service, artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, or large language model
• Extract, scrape, export, harvest, compile, aggregate, or analyze Servo data except as necessary for your authorized use of the Service
• Use data or insights associated with one Servo customer to provide insights, benchmarking, analytics, enrichment, training data, or other benefit to another customer or third party
• Permit bots, robotic process automation, autonomous agents, or similar automated technology to decide what Servo data to access, what actions to take, or what records to create, modify, or delete except within operations expressly authorized by Servo

This section does not restrict lawful competition, products independently developed without using access to Servo, or your use of data that you independently own or obtain outside of Servo.

Violation of this provision constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination and pursuit of all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.

Artificial Intelligence

Servo may introduce features that use artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, or similar technologies ("AI Tools"). Servo uses commercially reasonable efforts to reduce errors and omissions in AI Tools, but AI Tools and their outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your intended use.

Servo makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, non-infringement, legality, or fitness of AI Tools or any outputs they generate. AI-generated content is not legal, financial, medical, safety, or other professional advice, and Servo does not review AI-generated content unless expressly stated in writing.

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy, appropriateness, legality, and completeness before publishing, sending, relying on, or otherwise using it. You are also responsible for providing any notices, obtaining any consents, and satisfying any legal obligations that apply when AI Tools process personal information, personal data, customer communications, or other regulated data.

You may not use Servo, data obtained through Servo, or outputs generated by Servo to train, develop, fine-tune, benchmark, or improve any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model, neural network, or similar system except as expressly authorized by Servo in writing.

SMS Compliance Required

You must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable carrier guidelines. Failure to comply may result in immediate service termination.
