Campaign Details
Purpose
This campaign allows tradespeople (plumbers, landscapers, cleaners, contractors) to send customizable, automated transactional messages to their clients regarding appointment confirmations, work status updates, dispatch notifications, and service completion confirmations. Messages are sent only to clients who have explicitly consented to receive communications from their specific service provider through our platform.
Consent Methods
We obtain explicit consent through three methods, all of which clearly identify both the service provider and Servo as the messaging platform:
Website/App Opt-In
During service booking on the provider's website or mobile app, clients check a consent checkbox stating:
Verbal Phone Consent
During phone bookings, staff obtain explicit verbal consent using a standardized script:
All verbal consents are logged in the CRM system with:
- Timestamp of consent
- Phone number
- Staff member who obtained consent
- Appointment details
Paper Service Agreement
In-person service agreements include a checkbox section:

All messages are transactional and service-related:
- Appointment Reminders - Sent 24-48 hours before scheduled service with date, time, and confirmation request
- Technician Dispatch - Notification when technician is on the way, including estimated arrival time
- Service Progress - Updates during service execution
- Completion Confirmation - Notification when work is complete with any follow-up information
